    • Ensure consistent, compelling and on-brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints 

    • Support the development of internal innovations pipeline by placing emphasis around tentpole events and new openings/products 

    • Serve as the lead for key communications moments; directing external teams to execute media plans 

    • Identify and media train brand spokespersons for expert inclusion in top-tier outlets, positioning in industry-leading news, trends and features

    • Monitor in-the-moment global current events, redirecting communications strategy as needed to ensure a successful, yet thoughtful execution

    • Work with cross-brand teams to develop strategies with actionable solutions that solve business growth, awareness and equity challenges 

    • Contribute to the development of overall business with new markets and audiences 

    • Assist leadership teams in charting long-term growth strategies, ensuring brand is investing marketing resources in impactful ways 

    • Bridge logic and creative thinking to establish brand as successful thought leader in sector 

CAPABILITIES

  • Hire, onboard and manage a PR team that is aligned with Salut’s expert knowledge of top-tier standards and realistic results

    Act as the intermediary and first line of communication between client and PR team

    Lead as a key advisor, educating on timing and PR ‘best-practices’ to ensure predetermined metrics and goals are achieved

  • Function as an external Chief Communications Officer, advising on the planning and execution of a comprehensive and personalized communications strategy

    Determine achievable and strategic short and long term communication goals

    Identify timely editorial angles to ensure clients are being included in industry-leading news and trends

  • Ideate and secure goal-oriented creative marketing opportunities that work in tandem with PR

    Define venue programming, with an emphasis on revenue-driving events and activations

    Support on-and-off site events; advise on the planning and execution (guest list, food & beverage partners, RSVP tracking, corporate sponsors, photographer)

  • Approve pending media opportunities, seasonal messaging, etc.

    Advise monthly PR + Marketing strategy

    Join bi-weekly standing calls between client and PR team

    Review reporting and share reporting templates with publicist, as needed including: Meeting Agendas + Call Recaps, Press Clips, Media Opportunities, Monthly Reports, Shot lists
